Hi all

I am doing detecting various variations from copy number and mutations and I've turned to search relations between my variation list and any cancer related genes so that I could get more malignant variations.

Currently I am looking for cancer-related-region list to distinguish non-cancerous-variants from all my variants.

However I can't find on the Internet. There are some ambiguous oncogene or tumor suppressor gene list but I

want cancer related regions list with more reliable and published data.

Have anybody seen or given summarized cancer-related regions data?

The COSMIC Cancer Gene Census might be what you're looking for.
