Hello,

I have a list of pdb ids, is there anyway to find out to which class of fold (like only alpha, only beta, alpha/beta etc) these proteins belong?

Have a look at the PDBe REST API for all mappings -

One thing you can try is to parse this page to get the 'Domain annotation: CATH classification". Use some libraries/modules which pulls data out of html files.

Then you can use a loop and iterate over all PDB IDs to get the domains.

Found this link. It's a new release. If every pdb entry is listed in this, this will become very easier, I believe.

Hey Hello,

Please go to pdb.org and also InterPro can also help you to find all these details about the proteins.
