Hi guys,
I am just a beginner in Bioinfo field. I have generated random DNA sequences of similar lengths and now I want to use a program or BLAST that filters these sequences based upon the similarity and complementarity scores (no complex algorithms here just the basic percentages will be given) I give. An API to do this job via the BLAST with 100% query coverage will be highly appreciated. Below are some test DNA sequences I have generated. thank you in advance.
