I have discovered this from the TGCA which looks like a really useful resource.

However rather than letting me download all genes associated with copy number changes from a sequenced cancer I have to select the genes Im interested in and then it lets me download them. Ideally I want to be able to download all the genes for a particular cancer (even better all the genes associated with copy number changes). Is there a way of doing this ?perhaps with the R package they have also developed?
