Closed:cuffdiff problem for groups

Hello,

I have been using the cuffdiff code to compare my groups to find differentially expressed genes, It went well with the samples but I want to do with groups and I got the following error.

cuffdiff \
  -o diff_out2 \
  -b ../genome/ce10.fa \
  -p 3 \
  -L SRR493359,SRR493360,SRR493361 SRR493363,SRR493364,SRR493365 \
  -u ../cufflinks/merged_asm/merged.gtf SRR493359_thout/accepted_hits.bam,SRR493360_thout/accepted_hits.bam,SRR493361_thout/accepted_hits.bam SRR493363_thout/accepted_hits.bam,SRR493364_thout/accepted_hits.bam,SRR493365_thout/accepted_hits.bam

It returns with the error

Error: number of labels must match number of conditions

Please help me. Thank you!
