Excuse me :

I want to sequence some samples with tiny amount of DNA. Could we use the whole genomic amplification samples? I am concerned that there were already fragments in the amplification samples. I was wondering if i could get enough high-quality DNA fragments after shearing DNA.

  Many thanks in advance!

Is your problem a small amount of DNA, or poor DNA quality, or both?

Sorry that i did make it clear. It is a problem of a small amount of DNA.
