Tool:Illumina RTA interop parser

I have created a parser for illumina InterOps metrics in golang.

https://github.com/ws6/interop

It takes 1.5 seconds to get all metrics parsed.

I hope it will save time for someone trying to find the struct definition.

Great work! 1.5 seconds is much faster than illuminate, which is itself an incredibly useful Python library.
