I am aware of the multiple post on how make figure containing gene cluster and genomic regions.

I have a slightly different question, is there any program that allows me to draw manually small gene clusters, keeping the dimension of genes and distance consistent?

I was thinking to a program that allows me to draw genes, and allows me to consistently choose their length and the distance among them.

Is there anything like that?

Do you have coding knowledge? If so, which languages? I know some libraries which could be really useful.

If you can represent those genes in GFF format, then you can try GenomeTools for graphing them. I think you can use almost any genome browser once you have the custom GFF file (for your gene cluster).

Thanks for the reply. I am actually looking for a tool which is in between a graphic program and a genome browser. Basically I would simply like to to add arrows as genes and select the respective length in accordance with teh dimension of the gene. I do not have a GFF file for the region I am interested in.
