This seems to me to be a too much general question..

- BlastN and BlastP ? (to compare two sequences) ?

- Clustal (to compare multiple sequences) ?

- InterProScan (to find domains into the sequence )?

What are your goals ?

Thank you. I need to compare DNA gyrase WGS segment of a new patient with some (???) existing online database sources and to output a similarity  score and to develop some rules for antimycobacterial (fluorqinolone) drug resistance prediction based on WGS  sequence comparison.
