FastPhase:Output file not written in the specified folder

I run fastphase for imputation from command prompt, the analysis is complete and there is a message "writing imputed genotypes: Myresults_genotype.out". But when i am looking at my folder there is no output file. What is the problem and how can I rewrite this file again so I can save a lot of time.

What was the exact command, and what is the absolute path of the directory the command was run in?
