Hi All

I have a genome data with heterozygous sites marked as (M,R,W,S,Y,R,S,K,W,Y,K).

Can I some how calculate the average heterozygosity of the genome.

Either as heterozygous sites / ALL sites, or SNPs per kb are some common measurements. You can also do per 100 bp, and represent is as a % heterozygosity.
