Hey guys me again confused, please help me...

In GSE35641, there are 7 samples but 10 runs (some samples have 2 rep), I read series matrix TXT but I could not see which sra is RNA-seq and which is ribo-seq. Even by reading paper I could not see where is the RNA-seq data because ribo-seq data are clear for me.

I did not get you.

You have already asked many questions on this site: CUTADAPT in windows, aligning multiple fasta files etc. People took the time to answer. Validate their correct answers by clicking on the "validate" symbol in the left margin.

Of course Pierre, it is my job, I did, nevertheless I have forgotten.

I think you are treating angrily with me. I am not ever rude just a beginner who needs help. I already appreciated Brian for CUTADAPT post and Ram and etc.

Pierre is not being angry, he is asking you to accept the best answer which has worked for you - when you ask a question, you'll see a grayed-out checkbox with a "Accept!" mouseover on all answers given to your question. When you accept an answer, the poster get reputation points, but more important, people with problems similar to yours will easily find a solution which at least worked before.

Even though you said you did validate (or accept answers on) your questions, you did not. It is both helpful and good manners to validate your posts.

You are right.

I thought upvoting means acceptance. Sorry

GSE35641 is composed of 7 samples. All are ribosomal profiling samples it appears from the sample details. All samples appear to have SRA entries as well.

Sorry, you mean the RNA-seq data are embedded in these 7 samples?

I know no more than what is described for the entries themselves. They are all described as "Ribosome-protected mRNA, Ribosome footprint sample digested with 60 units of micrococcal nuclease". You may need to contact the authors to find out where the total mRNA sequencing is.
