In COSMIC database, some entries doesn't have Mutation.CDS and Mutation.AA. Then, why are such entries in the database?

For example ID_sample 684681, only some information exists about the gene and samples. No mutation location information exist for some entries.

So, that means in the publication, they can only roughly identify the location of mutation?
