Most places online suggest using the Walrus + Phylo3D tools for analysis and visualization of 3D phylogenetic trees. Walrus is still available and working, but Phylo3D has gone missing as of version 1.2.

Does anyone have a copy of this software you could share? Thanks so much.

Here's the article on Walrus/Phylo3D: http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/5/48

Did you try contacting the author?

Yes. The main author did not respond, but the others (including their adviser) did. Very nice folks. Unfortunately they lost their copy in a hard drive failure.

Do these links not work?

Your link is unrelated; you linked to Walrus. None of the links on the referenced page are for Phylo3D. Phylo3D is the software necessary to use Walrus (converts from phylogenetic formats to Walrus' format). Phylo3D is not distributed with Walrus.
