sequence submit to ncbi

Hi, I have some sequences in fasta format. how can I submit to NCBI.

thanks. I am using BankIT for my BAC sequences submit to NCBI. In the process of submission it automatically find translation sequence according my feature file. Hence these sequences are showing lot of (*) and some of does not start with AUG (Met).

May I know about (*) is right or not.
