TOTAL NUMBER OF DISTANCE RESTRAINTS FOR RIGID BODY DOCKING IS ZERO!
CONTROL YOUR PARAMETER SETTINGS AND RESTRAINT DEFINITIONS.
I got the above error when I try to use unambiguous restraint condition in haddock 2.2 webserver.
I did not enter any active residues or passive because I am using distance restraint file. A line from my restraint file looks like:
assign (resid 19 and name HN and segid A)
(resid 7 and name HG2# and segid B) 4.0 2.2 2.0
Everything else is set to default option. Does the error come from my file? Or some set up problem on the webserver?
