How can one select extreme phenotypes for a disease trait such as type 2 diabetes for sequencing association studies. There is much information about selecting using extreme phenotype sampling for quantitative traits can anyone help with a reference of articles which discuss about how to conduct extreme phenotype sampling for a disease trait such as type 2 diabetes.
