I want to get a maf file with several species, but when I ran the 'stitch MAF blocks' on galaxy it always pop up the error message:
This job was terminated because it used more memory than it was allocated. Please click the bug icon to report this problem if you need help.
I want to run the 100way data set, so is there any method to run the stitch blocks locally?
