ExGen is an end to end Exome/Whole genome analysis pipeline
- It supports running on single nodes or clusters with support for multiple job managers
- User can easily edit tools stack or change parameters
Tasks in the pipeline
- Streamlining GATK modules using GATK Queue
- Lesser space utilization by compressing BAM files using the CRAM toolkit
- Relevant plots for collected statistics
- Scripts to install required tools
