Changes in Matlab clustergtam algorithm?

I 've ran clustergtam analysis using the same code and the same csv file on two Matlab versions (2012a and 2015a) and got completely different results. There' s no documentation I could find that the algorithm was changed.. Does anybody have an Idea what 's going on? Thanks!
