Hello, I am using a software called AML for these days. The input file needs SNPs information. And there are two codes.

  1. 0=missing, 1 = common homozygote, 2 = heterozygote, 3 = rare homozygote.
  2. ACGT format (N = missing).

I only know the first as follows:

 patientid,status,snp1,snp2,snp3
 p1,0,2,2,2
 p2,0,2,2,3
 p3,0,2,2,1

But I don't know how to edit it by ACGT format. I wonder if anyone know it. Thanks so much.
