I want to generate mesh surface on DNA

I want to generate smooth surface on DNA. Can anybody help me out of this? for generating smooth surface I need to generate mesh on surface. If anybody can provide source code or any another way to come out of this.

You can generate a surface/mesh using pymol - OTOH the CCL list http://www.ccl.net/ is more likely to answer your question, especially if you are specific (e.g. you want to visualize only, or to export the surface in a particular format, for further processing, etc.)
