Thanks vchris_ngs for replying, but the image is not an animation it is an image from the protein lounge software, but it is a paid software, I want to use free online available software to do the part.

And also Shicheng Guo for your views and the suggestions, I will look to the tools and get back to you

Thank you guys.

In that case you need to use some paid ones like IPA with license , but still a figure that you said will be hard work of the Illustrator and photoshop.

Don't be puzzled by such beautiful figures in the papers. In my opinion, majority of such figures make no scientific sense and usually are biased or wrong. However, I think it is a special career or occupation to prepare such figures for the biologist. Suppose you are insist to do it, you can capture the basic elements from Cytoscape, Ingenuity IPA, String 9.0 or use your imagination to impose such figures with PPT, illustrator or photoshop. Anyway, Ingenuity IPA can provide similar figures, you can try to use it.

I do not think the image you have uploaded is possible with any online tool, it seems to me as an animation. there are many ways to make pathway network, you can you Cytoscape web version, http://visant.bu.edu/ . Or you can use KEGG. You can also take a look at this

http://pathways.embl.de/

or

http://www.pathwaycommons.org/about/

Goof luck!
