Given that the TB genome is ~4Mb, it is possible to create a tree using SNPs from whole genome sequences using software such as RAxML. I would suggest you try something like TREX online if you want access to a machine that'll use WGS.
Alternatively, using genes such as MLST genes would be a quick and easy way, but not at the same resolution as WGS.
