Issue with an Agilent dataset

I have an Agilent data set, I download the data and then try unzip it, but I am receiving error which is: cannot create the text file? I do not know why? Please, I need help

We are going to need more information than what you have provided. Downloaded from where? Paste in the exact commands you are typing and the exact errors you are getting. Where does R come into this?
