I want to submit few newly sequenced genomes to public databases.

I have the contigs, and the files obtained after the annotation.

I know the system of NCBI which sounds quite complicated for me. I am looking for another system I could use. An online tool would be ideal.

Update

Otherwise, does someone know and easy tutorial that illustrate the submission process in NBIC?

Any suggestion?

If the genomes (prokaryotic?) are reasonably complete you could look at submitting them via the NCBI prokaryotic annotation pipeline: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/annotation_prok/

If you thought NCBI submission was complicated wait till you have to submit something to SRA.
