Database for Germline Cancer mutations (Cancer susceptibility)

I'm looking for a database like COSMIC, but for germline mutations that increase susceptibility to cancer. I know about the p53 specific database, and the BRCA1/2, but I am hoping to find one that includes all snps (or even genes at this point) that confer a risk.

Any help would be much appreciated!

In clinvar vcf, "CLNORIGIN" tag 1 should give you germline variations. I am not sure if the same tag is used in dbSNP.
