Dear friends,

I've been given a project in which, I have to go through a list of various enzymes (mostly synthases) and find out if a molecule, can bind that enzyme active site or not. Then I have to check the same molecule to see if it bind a specific membrane receptor.

Any information helps, It's a bit of urgent so thank you very much.

Have you tried molecular docking software? I am not a specialist, but AutoDock http://autodock.scripps.edu/ might be usefull in your study, since it can do protein-protein docking.
