novel target for drug discovery

I am writing a project proposal , as mentioned earlier in my last post, for lung cancer.I would already have identified drugs for the targeted gene and made a homologous model of the selected gene.

'To find a novel target for drug discovery,' is the last part of my proposal. Here I would like to know what computational pipeline to follow for repurposing the lung cancer drugs.

I am much more interested in docking the lung cancer drugs, as docking is close as possible to biochemistry and physical reality of the reaction.
