What different type of data can be used for plotting Gene Interaction, Protein Interaction or Pathway interaction
eg. fold change pvalue.
What kind of plot do you have in mind ? Interactions are usually represented as graphs but this is useless for visualizing large graphs. There are also many ways to score interactions depending on what the purpose is and many score types can be used to weight edges in graphs.
Are you asking about available databases for gene/protein interactions, or something else?
