Hi,

I have three sequence from the same organism and same coordinate ,

sequence A , is the original sequence

sequence B is sequence A after introducing some errors to it "including insertion and or deletion"

sequence C is sequence B after trying to correct it to be A again "some error could happens in the correction phase including insertion or deletion " like this for example " Showing A,B and C in order"

TT-GATGAGTGG-GCACCATGATTGCCCGAC-T-GTTATT
T-GGATGAGTGGGGCACC-TGTTTGC-CGACGTGGTTATT
T-GGATGAGTGGG-CACCATGATTGCCCGACTGTTATT

Is there a software to track changes in each position for the three sequence?

Thanks

A global alignment of each pair should do that.

here you mean align B To A and C to A and compare the result of this alignment to see how much changed was corrected in C sequence , but will it clarify how many errors that was introduced in the C sequence when trying to correct B to A
