Hi, I am new user and I nees urgent help would you?

I have 16S rRNA sequence of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis , I download 16S rRNA sequence of H37Rv (Reffernce Genome of MTB) as control during alignment , also I get phylogenetic tree ,

So what si suitable way to interprate my results???
