How many base pairs will be unique to each genome compare to the reference genome (hg19) in general?

For instance, how many bp of Venter's genome is only found in Venter's genome, but not in hg19? Do you know if 1,000 genome project provides the estimation about this?

From 1000 genomes publication (Nature 526, October 2015): "We find that a typical genome differs from the reference human genome at 4.1 million to 5.0 million sites". See Fig1b in the paper.
