Trouble shooting for Banjo Bayesian network

I've been trying to run banjo with the test data provided on the website through OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 through a terminal but have been unsuccessful. When I enter:

java -jar banjo.jar settingsFile=data/release2.0/static/static.settings.txt

It gives me a message:

Unable to access jarfile banjo.jar

I downloaded the files and had them unzipped as well. Do I need to put them in specific directory before running this data or is there a step that I am missing. Thanks!

If you're not in the same directory as banjo.jar, you need to provide the path. It could also be a permissions issue. Check what they are on banjo.jar.
