Hello

I'm an intern in a lab that works on Nuclear Receptors.

I have at disposition a lot of data from Chip-seq and Transcriptomics experiments. I were asked to analyse these data, but I'm a bit new to it and a bit lost.

So I have transcriptomics and peaks for one NR that were crossed together, so that I have a list of genes with binding and up regulation. The question I want to answer is : is there other NR binding element in the promoter of theses genes.

How can I achieve that ?

I also have the position of the peaks for theses genes, and I would like to know if my GR is located in the promoter, or how distant it is from the TSS. Is it possible ?

Thank you for your help,

Paul
