I am looking for some public access tumour-normal pair data for a project I am working on. Ideally this would be BAM or VCF files, but fastq should be fine. I've tried looking in different places like the ICGC portal and the TCGA data portal but all of the data of the file types I need are protected. I have also tried to look at existing studies that have been done but the ones that I have looked at don't have these data types, at least not the ones I am looking at.

Where could I find some tumour-normal pair BAM or VCF files that are public access?

Edit: I am looking for Human genome sequencing data

Could you please clarify what kind of sequencing data you're looking for? Is it RNA/expression? Genome sequencing? ChIP-seq?

I would think Genome sequencing based on his request for VCF.

You may be able to find BAM files via the UCSC Cancer Hub, part of the TCGA consortium project.
