Is there any dna-binding site motif with 100% affinity and 100% specificity for VDR(Vitamin D Receptor)?

This is not really a bioinformatics question, but btw. I doubt that motif exists, is there anything 100% specific in biology? (this comment is maybe a good example why you should ask somewhere else, or rephrase the question)
