Hi, I’m reading a paper about how to improve the accuracy of yeast gene regulation network. I want to use this method on mouse, and to verify the affect of this method, so I need a basic gene regulation network of mouse. Where can I find a basic GRN?

I guess depending on the exact nature of what you need you might just use the circadian rhythm core clock machinery. There are MANY papers on those components and you can make that either a simple double feed-back loop or absurdly complicated.
