Heat map using publicly available dataset

Hi all,

I am new in the area of bioinformatics. can anyone suggest me how can I generate heatmap using publicly available microarray and RNAseq data. I only need to make heatmap of genes of my interest.

take your genes of interest and use R to get a heatmap.
