Hello,

I have a list of up/down genes. I want to map those to one of the pathway from KEGG. I want to see in differemce color for up and down in the KEGG pathway diagram. Is there any suggestion how to do it? My list consist of Ensembl ID and gene symbol. KEGG uses its own id but I don't know how to convert the id to each other. Other problem is each node of KEGG pathway is not only for one gene. It consist of several genes. I completely have no idea how to do it. Thank you for your help.

Recently, I developed a web server - KeggExp - for visualizing KEGG pathway maps when analyzing expression profile data. With KeggExp, users can highlight up-expressed genes as red and down-expressed as green. It is available here. Additionally, I have posted a tool here.
