Hi All!
I'm a biology student finishing my third year, and I'm doing a bioinformatics genetic project on mouse ESCs/NPCs/iPS.
I have a pretty good grasp on many of the biological concepts: DNA, chromatin, TFs, histone modifications, sequencing, etc., but I'm very new to the technological aspect. I'm finding myself confused by all the different tools, file formats, data resources and their biological significance.
I wonder if there is a good genetics+bioinformatics review paper out there that is recommended.
Thanks for helping!
Hi,
This biostars' topic, can help. It's about textbooks. This one about learning bioinformatics is also interesting for you (I think, it contains lots of links). And to finish with, this topic about good practice is a nice start to meet the community.
