1)I would like to know how analysis with TRAP ( http://research.nhgri.nih.gov/software/TRAP/) is different from linear regression for quantitative traits? I tried both with a data of 49 variants in a sample of 50 induviduals. Is it advisable to do TRAP when you are analysing only cisQTLs? 2)Another query is in the final results from TRAP, there is a section lists  P values-what are they?
