What should be the best way to download neat list of genes associated with bone remodeling/ osteoclast differentiation. I looked at Molecular sig DB it has very few when in literature there are several. KEGG download all the different pooled genes.

What about Gene Ontology annotations ? Bone remodeling is GO:0046849 and osteoclast differentiation is GO:0030316. If that's too many genes, refine using child terms.
