I am relatively new to use database searches.

I want to find out how many loci Eucalyptus genome have for the protein leucoanthocyanidin reductase and anthocyanidin reductase. My initial search in whole genome sequence of Eucalyptus grandis suggested that it has 3 and 2 respectively. However, this is different from what other people has found out which is 5 and 4. I wanted to know what is right? If I am wrong what is the method to search these loci in whole-genome?

Eucalyptus whole genome sequence is available at NCBI database.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thank you
