Arlequin How to output values for Observed Heterozygosity

Hi everyone,

I have to analyse haplotypic data with known gametic phase, I try to generate all parameters to find then their distribution among populations, however the software failed to generate observed heterozygosity per locus.

I appreciate your comments on this post and please let me know if I should write more about the data
