options in fastq-dump

Im creating a GUI for fastq-dump. I dont want to overload my screen in that with options alone.please suggest me options which are frequemtly used in fastq-dump.

These are the only options that I have used in years, rest you can make a slide down or panel open menu.
fastq-dump "$file" -O "$dir" --gzip
