Please provide tools for analyze the dynamic properties of Boolean network: state transition, attractors... I have the structure of network and truth tables, but not in the form of the logic gates (AND, OR and NOT gates) for from truth tables sometimes it is difficult to infer the gates when there are many regulators for a targets.
