IGB scripts and labels

Hi,

I'm using script to load my data into IGB, for instance:

genome G_gallus_Nov_2011
load http://www.bioinfo.ieo.eu/BAgroup/htsflow2-data/primary/tracks/bw/12345.bw
refresh

A track is automatically created, with the name "12345".

I'm wondering if it is possible (still from the script) to change the label of track.

Hi Arnaud,

It isn't possible right now to rename a track from the scripting engine; however, I have created an issue to add this feature (https://jira.transvar.org/browse/IGBF-1097). The scripting engine is something we are going to make extensible with IGB apps to allow anyone to add new scripting commands to perform actions.
