I have completed a De novo assembly of RNA-seq data of an organism with a currently unknown genome. I would like to find a tool to translate the DNA sequences generated into protein sequences. I have tried tran-seq, but quite a few missing amino acids in the sequence. I have tried sixpack with better results, but It will only run the first sequence of the fasta file I am using. I am using sixpack on a galaxy instance and would also like to know if I can modify the package to be able to run through an entire fasta file.
