Signaling Pathways in xml format

Hi,

Where can I find a HIF-1 pathway in xml format, except KEGG. Is there any other database for HIF-1 PPAR pathways in xml format. I check the signaling science website but I could not find the pathways. Please any help

Do you mean BioPAX format?

Check Reactome or wikipathways for BioPAX (owl) format.

Pathway Commons has a large collection of pathways in the BioPAX language which are XML-formatted.
